After you have started your journey into the low carb lifestyle and have
completed your first 2 weeks. I would like to say "way to go, good job and Bravo!"
You are on your way to a healthier and thinner YOU.
Next you will enter into your mid phase and that's when you
get many more food choices. Stick to it and keep losing until you reach your
goal weight and then you will enter the maintenance phase. Carb levels
increase with each step. These are good carbs not sugary carbs!
This is a way of life, and soon you will not even think about it,
because you have the knowledge, information, and resources you need to be
a complete SUCCESS!!
This is a perfect example of what commitment means and reaping the rewards of success!
